01 / Information we collect

Information may include account details such as name and email address, support messages, subscription identifiers, research queries, submitted documents or other content, generated research records, and technical data needed to operate and secure the service.

02 / Accounts and authentication

Account and authentication information is used to identify users, maintain sessions, protect accounts, and provide access to Core Engine. Where Google or Firebase authentication services are used, those providers may process account identifiers and technical authentication data under their own terms.

03 / Payments

Paddle processes subscription checkout and payment information. NOTSPACE may receive billing-related details such as transaction status, plan, contact information, and payment identifiers to administer access and support. Payment-card details entered into Paddle Checkout are handled by Paddle, not this website. Paddle’s privacy terms also apply to its processing.

04 / Research queries and submitted content

Core Engine processes the objectives, queries, source material, and content you submit to generate research workflows and outputs. Depending on the feature used, content may be sent to retrieval services or AI model providers to produce responses. Do not submit highly sensitive information unless you are authorized and comfortable with the processing required for the feature.

05 / Technical data, analytics, and cookies

We may process device, browser, IP address, log, and usage information to operate, diagnose, and secure the service. Cookies or similar technologies may be used for essential sessions and, where enabled, analytics. Browser settings may let you control non-essential cookies; disabling essential storage can affect functionality.

06 / How information is used

Information is used to provide and maintain the website and Core Engine, authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, respond to support and billing requests, protect against misuse, diagnose issues, and comply with legal obligations. Processing may also be based on consent where required.

07 / Service providers and transfers

We may share data with providers needed for hosting, infrastructure, authentication, payments, support, analytics where enabled, search or retrieval, and AI model processing. These may include Paddle, Google/Firebase services where used, and AI model providers where a feature calls them. Providers may process data in other countries under applicable safeguards and their own terms.

We retain information while needed to provide the service, maintain accounts and research history, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Retention varies by data type and purpose. We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where relevant, or seek a copy of your data.
