Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective October 7, 2026. This policy applies to paid NOTSPACE Core Engine subscriptions. Please review the price and billing interval at checkout before subscribing. Questions about a charge or cancellation can be sent to core@notspace.in.

01 / Subscription billing

Core Engine plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown during checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Paddle processes checkout and billing. Your subscription renews unless canceled before the next billing date, subject to the payment terms shown at checkout.

02 / Cancellation and access

You may cancel your subscription to stop future renewals. After cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, unless your access is terminated for a terms violation or as required by law. You can request cancellation assistance by emailing core@notspace.in with the email associated with your subscription.

03 / Refund eligibility

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law, where a duplicate or incorrect charge has occurred, or where a material technical issue prevents the service from being provided and cannot reasonably be resolved. Refund requests may also be considered at NOTSPACE’s discretion. Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.

04 / Accidental or duplicate charges

If you believe a charge was accidental, duplicated, or incorrect, contact core@notspace.in with the billing email, charge date, amount, and transaction reference if available. Do not send full card numbers. We will review the issue and coordinate with Paddle where appropriate.

05 / Requesting help

Email core@notspace.in for billing questions, cancellation help, or a refund review. Please include enough information to identify the subscription and explain the issue. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
