Terms of Service

Effective October 7, 2026. These terms govern your use of NOTSPACE and Core Engine. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

01 / Service description

NOTSPACE develops intelligent software, including Core Engine, a research workflow product. Features, availability, and plan limits may evolve. Product descriptions are informational and do not guarantee a particular result.

02 / Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate account details, keeping credentials secure, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must have authority to accept these terms for any organization you represent.

03 / Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, circumvent usage limits, or submit material you lack permission to use. We may restrict misuse to protect the service and its users.

04 / Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Paddle processes payments and may be the merchant of record. Applicable taxes and the final charge are shown during checkout. The payment terms presented there also apply.

05 / Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewal. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid billing period, unless access is terminated for a violation or otherwise required by law. Cancellation does not itself entitle you to a prorated refund. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for eligibility and requests.

06 / Intellectual property

NOTSPACE and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, and branding. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during your authorized access; they do not transfer ownership of the platform.

07 / Your content

You retain rights in research queries and content you submit, subject to any rights held by others. You grant NOTSPACE permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having rights to submit it.

08 / Research output limitations

AI-assisted and research outputs may contain errors, omissions, or unsupported inferences. Verify important information independently before relying on it. The service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

09 / Third-party services

Core Engine may rely on payment, hosting, authentication, retrieval, and AI model providers. Their terms may govern your direct use of their services. We are not responsible for independent third-party content or systems beyond our control.

10 / Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security needs, outages, and changes to third-party services may affect availability. We may update features and these terms, with notice where required.

11 / Liability and termination

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NOTSPACE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, or legal requirements, and you may stop using the service at any time.

12 / Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your location. For questions or notices, email core@notspace.in.
